Take a look through the vast array of products using our online Product Gallery (see Product links at top of each page). This gallery exhibits most of the designs we have created for our customers in the past. We have now made them easily available to you using online shopping technology.
Just point and click to order any of these designs.
As you browse the Product Gallery (see Product links at top of each page), click on the small pictures of items that interest you to view larger images. Along with a larger view of the item, you will also be presented with product descriptions and prices.
We try our best to provide clear and concise product descriptions, yet in some cases, you may have some questions. Please Contact Us at anytime so that we can answer your questions.
Ordering:
Once you have found the design that's right for you, click on the 'Add to Cart’ button for that item to add it to your online cart.
For each item you hit the ‘Add to Cart’ button, a Customization Form will be displayed for immediate completion. Ensure all information required by you is included on this form – this is the source of information for us to fulfill your order.
After you have selected all items you would like to order and completed all required Customization Forms, click on View Cart to check out.
If the designs do not show coordinating items - no problem! On the online Customization Form for the item for which you would like coordinating items, such as return address labels, candy wrappers, and thank you note cards, please indicate such in the spaces provided. We will then work with you to ensure that you are completely satisfied with these additional items before we mass produce them. These items will be charged to your credit card separately.
If you have questions or want to speak with us prior to us completing your order, please state such in one of the comments fields within the Customization Form. Please also provide any additional details that will facilitate the process in the Comments fields within the Customization Form. If we have any questions at all about your requests, we will be certain to contact you via email or telephone – so be sure to provide a complete and accurate email address on your Customization Form.
The final step is to pay for your order. Click on View Cart to review quantities and provide contact, shipping and billing information. Note: Any coordinating items that you specified on the Customization Form that do not have specific item numbers will not appear in your cart. Once you have submitted your payment information, you will receive an email that contains your sales receipt if you paid by credit card. Please retain this email for your records. Your order will be provided to us for processing at that time as well. You will not receive a copy of your Customization Form(s) immediately after you have completed your order. We will, however, forward a copy to you, once we have received it and reviewed it.
If you have elected an email proof to ensure text layout is as you desire, please ensure you check your email within 24-48 hours to review your proof. If we have not received a response from you within that timeframe, we will contact you by telephone to keep the process moving. Delays in approving your proof may delay shipment of your order beyond our typical 5 day timeframe. Since computer monitors tend to vary in color display, we advise that you print your email proof to get a better feel. The output may not be exact due to differences in printers for the actual colors contained within your stationery.
Haven't Found Quite What You're Looking For?
Suppose you found an item you like, but want to be 100% certain it’s perfect. We offer samples of the items contained in our Product Gallery. You may request up to 6 free samples simply by double-clicking on the small image of the item for which you would like to order a sample. Hit the 'Add to Cart’ button located on that page. A Customization Form will be displayed. You will need to bypass it without entering any of the requested information – simply close this window and press 'Continue Shopping' in the original browser window. You may continue to add more samples to your request by repeating this process; or if you are done, simply hit 'View Cart' to check out. Once you have added no more than 6 samples to your shopping cart and you have bypassed the last Customization Form, hit the ‘View Cart’ button at the at the top of the any of the main website pages to check out. At this point you will verify all quantities are one and enter all contact and billing information. Standard shipping charges will apply.
However, you may have a very specific unique idea in mind for your event. Or you may have found something you like, but it's just not perfect. It may simply be the wrong color or you want to tweak the design. Our highly skilled artists can create a design from a figment of your imagination during our iterative creative process. Custom Orders - The Basics
We use the information that you provide to use in the Custom Order Inquiry Form to begin. Be sure to provide as many details as you can about your event. We start with the basics - it might be your nursery theme or a party theme...it could be your wedding colors...it might be Christmas, Hanukkah, Halloween, Easter, 4th of July or Thanksgiving... it might just be your favorite animal or hobby ...or it may be your company logo. In addition, we take into consideration the tone of your event - old-fashioned and quaint, modern and formal, casual and laid back, whimsical and fun. We may design a flat card that integrates your theme or use a somewhat plain card and enhance it with embellishments such as translucent vellum overlay, ribbon, eyelets or diecuts. Email proofs of the items we design for you will be provided to ensure you are 100% satisfied with our design. Only after you have approved the design and the text layout, will we move forward with order fulfillment and payment. Every piece of stationery is created by hand and custom to your specification.
No Hassle and No Minimums
All creations are sent to you with envelopes and fully assembled so that you need not worry about tying bows, cutting straight edges or folding neatly. This service is included in the price of all items. We take pride to ensure that all pieces look perfect when all is said and done. The only way we can do this is if we do it for you!
In addition, we require no minimum to order from us, as many of our competitors do. Feel free to order any quantity that you need. If you do not order enough the first time, simply contact us either via email at orders@handledwithcarecards.com or call us at 813-495-0971. If you need to reorder a custom design for which you paid a set up fee, the set up fee will not apply again. Again, just contact us via email or telephone. Doing it this way will alleviate the need for you to re-key all information using the online order form since we retain all designs and text layouts for one year.

We offer services that extend beyond the stationery itself. For starters, we can create an ensemble of the primary feature - coordinating thank you cards, address labels, envelope, envelope seals and party favors. Take advantage of our Full Service Mailing. We ask that you provide the complete names and addresses of those that are to receive your correspondence. We prefer electronic format, for instance Microsoft Word or Excel. However, we will accept any format - fax, email or US mail. Then, we will do the rest - and you can focus on all of the other important details, whether tending to a newborn or coordinating the party of the decade! Full Service Mailing includes addressing, stuffing, stamping, sealing and sending the whole bundle! Postage fees apply.
Premium ProseTMis our unique service in which we work with you to create a very special, unique and completely custom verse for your event. It's essential to ensure that your guests can actually get to your event.
For this we offer reproduction of maps, direction and/or additional information that you have created. We can either print them directly on the back of your invitations or as inserts for your invitations. Finally, we also partner with cartographers that create very specialized maps and directions for you. Please ask us about these services.

Pre-Orders
If you'd like to ensure that the item you want is in stock and not backordered, you may pre-order. This simply means that you Contact Us about your items of interest and provide the approximate date you would like the order complete. We will do our best to ensure any potential delays caused by backordered items are prevented. We do ask for payment in full before we order any supplies that are indeed backordered.
Blank Stock Orders
Though, we prefer to print and assemble your order for you because that's what we love about our work, we will provide blank stock when it is feasible. However, we advise against purchasing blank, non-printed items since both the translucent vellum and certain heavy cardstocks can be incompatible with inkjet and laser printers. They can jam easily and the resolution of print from inkjet printers is not clear on the vellum. We know that the brands of such paper and cardstock we use work well in our printers, but we have no control of how they would work in yours. Also, we are able to design text layouts very quickly and easily so that we spare you the frustration of trying to align your text so that's perfect. Leave that worry to us! We strongly recommend buying printed and fully assembled items from us so that if errors do occur during printing or assembly, it won't cost you anything. This also helps us to ensure that every item you order from us is perfect and 'handled with care'. Finally, it may be more advantageous to do so because the small cost savings may not be worth the time and effort for you. Order Fulfillment and Shipping
We process orders in 5 days or less if all materials are in stock and we have received full payment from you. Payment by check will delay order processing until your check has been received. If you elect to receive a proof of your items, we ask that you review and approve the proof as quickly as possible (within 24 hours of us sending it to you) so that we can still fulfill your order within 5 days. Shipping transit time is in addition to the 5 days for order fulfillment. When your order is complete, we will send an email to you informing you that your order has shipped. If materials are backordered for the items you have ordered, we will contact you immediately. We will provide options and timeframes for you. If time is of the essence, we may offer something very similar rather than waiting for materials. On the other hand, it may take just a week or two to get the necessary materials and you may opt to wait for them. Upon receipt of the materials, we will expedite the fulfillment of your order to avoid further delays to you. All orders are shipped within the US using USPS Priority Mail, Delivery Confirmation and Insurance.
Minimum shipping charge is $6.00, regardless of number of items ordered. An additional $.07 per item over 1 total quantity.
Products that are included in the total quantity for shipping charges purposes are listed in Column A in the table below. Those products that are not included as part of the total quantity for shipping charges purposes are listed in Column B in the table below, If one or more of the products in Column B are not ordered with at least one item in Column A, the minimum shipping charge of $6.00 will be assessed.

Lined/Coordinating/Personalized Envelopes
For example, if you order 50 invitations, 50 note cards and 50 candy wrappers, your total quantity for shipping charges purposes is 100 (50 invitations and 50 note cards). Your total shipping charges would be $12.93.
Shipping charges apply to all sample requests as well; however, they will be shipped using standard US Mail.
Please be sure to submit a complete and accurate shipping address. Please include a suite or apartment number, the business name of the location to which we are shipping, if applicable, and a zip code. If your package cannot be delivered to the address as it appears on your order, USPS will return the shipment to us. We will contact you for the correct addressing information and resend it. Unfortunately, we will have to charge you for the additional shipping charges.
If the shipment is lost and never successfully delivered to you or returned to us, we will work with the USPS Mail Recovery Center to locate it. Since such claims can take time, you may want to request the order to be filled again, pay for it in full and we will reimburse you when the claim is settled with USPS. Handled With Care Custom Stationery cannot guarantee the delivery performance of the USPS. We do use USPS Delivery Confirmation to track shipments and insure every shipment.
International Orders
The shipping charges provided in the chart above apply only to US domestic shipments. We do ship to APOs by USPS Mail. We apologize, but we cannot ship internationally.
Rush Orders
You may prefer Rush Fulfillment and Delivery. You will need to indicate this request on the Customization Form under Coordinating Items. A surcharge rate of $.40 per item will apply and will be charged to your credit card separately. We will process your order just as quickly as possible, typically within 36 hours. Rush Fulfillment and Delivery is available if we have all materials necessary in stock at the time of your order. We will notify you as soon as possible if the materials are not in stock and will refund the surcharge.
Rather than USPS Priority Mail, we will use USPS Express Mail to ship your order The standard USPS Priority Mail shipping charges, as described above, will appear on your sales receipt for your online payment. Your credit card will be charged separately only for the difference between the USPS Express Mail and USPS Priority Mail shipping charges. Be sure to select Rush Fulfillment and Delivery during the checkout process.
If you require Rush Delivery and Fulfillment for select items only, please indicate such in the space provided on the Customization Form. For instance, say you are ordering invitations, coordinating thank you note cards and candy wrappers, but you would only like Rush Delivery and Fulfillment for your invitations. State the quantity of invitations in the Rush Delivery selection box and specify 'invitations only' in the comments field. Standard shipping charges will apply to the thank you note cards and candy wrappers.
If you desire an email proof with Rush Fulfillment and Delivery, please ensure that you are available to review your proof during that same day. If we do not receive your approval within 12 hours of sending it to you, we cannot guarantee the order will be shipped with the typical 36 hour period. We will be unable to refund the surcharge in such cases.
Cancellations and Returns
Contact us only by phone if you need to cancel your order. We will issue a refund if you make your request prior to printing, The refund will be issued to your credit card or by check for the total amount of your order, less a 15% cancellation fee, costs for email proofs already provided, envelopes that may have been shipped early and any other associated costs. There are no exceptions. Orders cannot be canceled after the items have been printed and no refunds will be issued. Blank stock orders cannot be returned since they may be damaged due to handling and cannot be sold as new. Blank stock orders can only be canceled prior to shipment. We will issue a refund to your credit card or by check for the total amount of your order, less a 15 % cancellation fee and any others associated costs.

Most of our designs are made by us, so we don't typically have a problem stocking such items. However, we use some specialty cardstocks that we purchase. In these cases, the manufacturers and distributors may discontinue a product that we have used in the past without our knowledge. Unfortunately, we have little control if this occurs, although we try to keep our website current. When this does happen, we will work with you to find an alternative with which you are just as happy. Once you have accepted an alternative and the order is processed, our Cancellation and Refund policy will apply, as stated above. It we cannot find an alternative that is suitable, we will issue a full refund to you.
The weight of cardstock we use for our stationery varies from 65 pound to 110 pound, with the typical weight being 80 pound. If you would like to confirm that weight of cardstock that will be used for your order, please state your inquiry in the comments field on the Customization Form.
Be sure to review the entire character set of the font in Typestyles your select to ensure the characters that will be used on your cards look as you want them. For instance, some script and decorative fonts can distort the appearance of the actual letters – in some cases, I’s can look like J’s and vice versa.
We have provided Photo Tips to guide you in taking and selecting the most appropriate photo for your stationery. Please review, if applicable.
We cannot issue any refunds due to dissatisfaction with card design and weight, photo quality or font selection.
We guarantee that your order will be printed exactly as shown on the email proof that you approved. If your stationery does not match due to 1) any keying errors or omissions made by you on the online order form you submitted or 2) you did not inform us of any errors on the email proof when you sent us an email stating that the layout was approved, regardless where the error first occurred. Your order will be reprinted and expedited if we have all materials in stock. We will charge your credit card or require additional payment by check for the full amount of the items with errors. If the materials are not in stock, we will contact you immediately. We will provide options and timeframes for you. If time is of the essence, we may offer something very similar rather than waiting for materials. On the other hand, it may take just a week or two to get the necessary materials and you may opt to wait for them. Upon receipt of the materials, we will expedite the fulfillment of your order to avoid further delays to you. In either case, additional shipping charges and sales taxes for orders shipped to Florida will be assessed.
If your order is incorrect when you receive and 1) the information was not printed exactly as the approved email proof or 2) or in the case when email proof is not requested, the items did not print with the information exactly as you submitted on the online order form, and shown on your emailed order confirmation, we will reprint your order at no charge within 2 days if all materials are in stock. If the materials are not in stock, we will contact you immediately. We will provide options and timeframes for you. If time is of the essence, we may offer something very similar rather than waiting for materials. On the other hand, it may take just a week or two to get the necessary materials and you may opt to wait for them. Upon receipt of the materials, we will expedite the fulfillment of your order to avoid further delays to you. Any reprints due to errors on our part will be shipped to you the same shipping method as the original order. You may upgrade the shipping for an additional fee.
